When Eevie came to us, her eyes were so crusted in mucus and discharge, she was essentially blind. She had bilateral entropion, a condition where the eyelids roll inward, causing eyelashes and surrounding hair to continuously rub against the cornea, creating severe irritation and pain.
She also had a very serious infection in her uterus, and if it had been left untreated, she could have died. But thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to save her life and find her a new, loving home 🏠.
