Ray

Ray

Hey hey, here’s Ray: “He may be old and grey but he can still have his silly spurts,” staff say. There’s way too much rhyming going on here.

He’s a Greyhound who weighs 36.5kg and will be 10 years old in August. We don’t have any more information about him, and we don’t know where he is with his obedience and toilet training.

He’s had his teeth cleaned and some removed while in our care, so his choppers are good to go. Ray has his Dogs’ Homes orange collar which means he has passed his muzzling assessment and can go without one in public. Hooray for Ray!

Quiet type: Prefers a peaceful environment, content with solitude, not seeking constant interaction.

Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
