“Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn,” were Rhett Butler’s parting words to Scarlett O’Hara in the movie classic Gone with the Wind. Our Rhett does give a damn and would like to be Gone with the Wind from our Hobart Home.

Rhett came to us as a stray so we don’t even know if he’s a film buff. We think he’s a Rottweiler-German Shepherd about four years old. He weighs 33kkg.

“Rhett is a handsome boy who is playful, always up for a game with his favourite squeaky toy, and never turns down a good pat,” staff say. “He loves his food and is still learning to keep all four paws on the ground when he gets overly happy.”

Since Rhett such a foodie, reward-based training should help him on his way to controlling his more excited urges. A beginner obedience course would be the go. He’s looking for a home that will continue his training and give him the love and structure he needs.
