Join us for an engaging and practical one-hour seminar (plus 30 minutes of Q&A) where Tracy will unpack the key things every dog owner should know — whether you’re welcoming a new puppy, or looking for ways to create a safer, happier life for your furry friend, this session is for you.
Tracy will cover everything from building a solid foundation for puppies, understanding your dog’s behaviour and communication, to practical tips for solving common problems like barking, jumping, and reactivity. You’ll leave with clear advice, simple strategies, and a better understanding of what your dog needs to thrive.

Tracy Irons is one of Australia’s most respected experts in dog behaviour, with over 20 years’ experience across the animal welfare, training, and government sectors. She spent more than six years in a supervisory role with RSPCA South Australia, where she led behaviour and training initiatives for shelter animals and worked closely with staff, volunteers, and the community to improve outcomes for dogs in care.
Tracy has also worked with councils, local laws teams, and animal management officers around the country, delivering training on safe dog handling, behavioural assessments, and evidence-based intervention strategies. Her qualifications in animal behaviour and training are backed by real-world experience, and her sessions are known for being practical, insightful, and easy to understand.
