The purpose of this tracking while interacting with our website is to better understand demand for our services as well as improve the design of our website.
Form Data Retention
Any data you provide us with via forms present on this website may be stored and used by us indefinitely due to the nature of our services, and the ongoing utility of the information you provide. For example, you may complete a lost dog form, and at a future point in time, that same information may be used to identify you as the owner of a found dog a second time.
Your data will not be sold or distributed to a 3rd party, nor will it be stored overseas in an accessible means with the exception of via our Payment Gateway provider Stripe, which is based in the US. All data stored with Stripe is stored to PCI standards. The previous reference to “accessible means” primarily refers to incidental caching of fragments of your information at time of submitting due to a Content Distribution Network (CDN) being used to enhance the performance of this website. These cached fragments of data will be automatically wiped after 30 days. At no time will your financial information be cached by this CDN.
