Every dog who spent time in our Homes is a Dogs’ Homes dog, and a precious member of our family.
For over two decades, our annual calendar has been a testament to love and a celebration of family.
Since its inception, our calendar has become more than just a collection of stunning photographs; it has become a living tribute to the remarkable dogs who have graced our lives and the hearts of those who have adopted them.
Each year, we invite members of our Dogs’ Homes of Tasmania family to submit photos of their beloved dogs, all of whom have found their forever homes through our organisation. It’s a competition in the sense that we choose a cover star, but in reality, every dog is a winner in our eyes. Every photograph tells a unique story of love, resilience, and second chances. When you look at these images, you don’t just see dogs; you see the embodiment of hope and the power of transformation.
Beyond this, the calendar helps Tasmanian dogs for the future. Every dollar raised from the sale of these calendars goes directly toward supporting the Dogs’ Homes that have been serving Tasmania for an incredible 74 years. It ensures that dogs in need receive critical medical care, support, and a chance to find new loving homes.
The calendar includes one spread for each month. The calendar is A4 in size and has drilled holes for easy hanging.

Alternatively, you can pick up your calendar from any one of our four Homes in Hobart, Burnie, Devonport and Launceston. Please ensure that you wait to be notified that your order is ready to collect before visiting the Home for collection.
