Get in touch

We’re here to help, and we’ve provided quick links below to assist with common enquiries. Please take a moment to check the relevant sections before reaching out.

If you are enquiring about surrendering a dog, please click here to visit the ‘surrendering a dog’ page under the ‘need help’ menu item.

Foster Care:

Interested in becoming a foster carer? Please click here to visit the ‘foster a dog’ page under the ‘get involved’ menu item.

Volunteer:

Want to join us as a volunteer? If you want to know more or sign up to be a volunteer with us, please click here to visit the ‘volunteering’ page under the ‘get involved’ menu item.

Adopting a Dog:

If you’re enquiring about adopting a dog, please refer to the ‘Adopt a Dog’ menu item.

If you’d like to learn more about a specific dog, please visit or phone the Dogs’ Home where the dog is located. You’ll find the phone numbers listed on the right side of this page under each Home’s name. While we also provide email addresses, because of our limited resources and the large number of enquiries we receive, the quickest and best way to get in touch is by giving us a call.

To visit one of our Homes, you’ll need to book an appointment. Schedule an appointment under the ‘Adopt a Dog’ menu for each Home. Appointments help us minimise stress for the dogs by regulating the number of visitors in the adoption area.

Other Enquiries:

For all other enquiries, please contact your nearest Dogs’ Home. You’ll find phone numbers, addresses and locations listed on this page.

While we do list email addresses, the best way to reach us is by phone. We do our very best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible, but with limited resources and a high volume of enquiries, we aren’t always able to get back to everyone straight away. We’re currently working on improving our processes so we can provide more timely responses and create a better experience for you — our valued customers and supporters.
