Seeing double? Aswan and Seven are so alike it’s ridiculous. It helps that Seven has a black patch on one front leg.
These guys are German Shorthaired Pointer-Springer Spaniel-Cocker Spaniel crosses. “They are bubbly, playful pups,” staff say. “They both love playing in their water bowls and playing with their toys. They’re food focused which will be great for training.” Indeed.
“We would recommend a family with another dog or people who are home as often as they can be, as they can both be a little bit vocal when left alone.” Well, they are a cross of three breeds who enjoy singing the songs of their peoples.
Speaking of which, they will need plenty of exercise and intellectual stimulation. And as always, we highly recommend puppy preschool for these kids. It will help them get valuable early training and socialisation with people and other pups.

Does your lifestyle and personality match Aswan and Seven?
If you are interested in a dog, please make a booking to visit the Home where that dog is located. We can’t guarantee that a particular dog will still be available at the time of your visit, as adoptions occur throughout the day. Our team updates the website as quickly as possible.
Your booking is simply an allocated time to view all of the dogs, and it allows us to ensure staff are available should you wish to have a meet and greet with a particular dog.
Please remember that if you are interested in adopting on the day, all household members — including any existing dogs — must attend the appointment. It’s vital that the dog meets everyone and gets along with them, and that the whole household is ready to welcome a new family member.
Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
