Aaaaaand Bingo was his name-o! There’s your earworm for the day. Your entire family would be on a winning ticket with this guy, whose name lends itself to numerous nicknames.

Your dog would also be receiving a bumper prize in Ol’ Bing Crosby, as he must go to a home where he has another dog to keep him company. “Bingo is a big strong boy who has had little training,” staff say. We’re seeking a place with humans who are dedicated to working on his obedience, preferably people with training experience.

“He is a very independent dog and enjoys being outside,” staff say. “Numbers” isn’t suitable for a home with elderly people or younger children due to his Bingo Boing-Boing bouncy tendencies – again, training will be needed here. Although he lived with another dog in the past and needs a fur buddy in his new home, he will need to work on his manners when meeting potential playmates.

If you are interested in a dog, please make a booking to visit the Home where that dog is located. We can’t guarantee that a particular dog will still be available at the time of your visit, as adoptions occur throughout the day. Our team updates the website as quickly as possible.

Your booking is simply an allocated time to view all of the dogs, and it allows us to ensure staff are available should you wish to have a meet and greet with a particular dog.

Please remember that if you are interested in adopting on the day, all household members — including any existing dogs — must attend the appointment. It’s vital that the dog meets everyone and gets along with them, and that the whole household is ready to welcome a new family member.

Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
