Buster

Buster

Please note: Buster is currently spending time in foster care which means that they will not be present when visiting your local Dogs’ Home.

Don’t just stand there, bust a move! We don’t know if Buster is familiar with the work of Young MC, since he was a stray. But we do know he busts out plenty of loving moves on our staff.

“Buster is friendly and loves attention,” staff say. “He’s strong on a lead and will need ongoing training.” A beginner obedience course would be a good place to start.

“We think he would definitely benefit from human company and/or dog company,” they say. However, Buster doesn’t seem to have had much experience with other dogs and will need ongoing socialisation. Thoughtful matchmaking seeking a canine companion with similar energy levels and play style will be key here.

Buster is not suitable for a home with cats or poultry, which is a paltry price to pay for a lifetime of love.

Please ensure the below information, including the ‘please note’ section, is read in full if you are interested in viewing, meeting or adopting Buster.

Friendly, happy: Sociable and cheerful, at ease with companionship, exudes positivity.

If you are interested in meeting or adopting Buster, please phone your local Dogs’ Home. Contact details for each of our locations can be found by clicking here.

As Buster is currently staying with a foster carer, they are not located on site and will not be present if you visit. This includes if you book a visit or meeting via our online booking system.  Buster will only be available to view or meet when prior arranged with our team over the phone.

Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
