Remember the Log Lady from David Lynch’s ’90s cult TV show Twin Peaks? Beautiful Freya is emulating her in her main picture, but she’s a far more appealing package than the original.

She’s the mother of our “farm sounds pups” and has been having fun in foster care playing with her foster brother Remi. “Freya is a deeply affectionate girl with a gaze that feels like a soul connection,” her carer says. “She looks right into your eyes with so much love. She is the perfect companion — she loves to curl up in bed and enjoy a lazy sleep-in on weekends.”

She also serves as a household recycling assistant. “Need your recycling broken down or cardboard shredded for your garden?” her carer asks. “Freya is your girl. Chuck her a cardboard box and she will have it shredded in minutes.” Oh, Freya!

As Freya is currently staying with a foster carer, they are not located on site and will not be present if you visit. This includes if you book a visit or meeting via our online booking system. Freya will only be available to view or meet when prior arranged with our team over the phone.

Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
