Harley and Dawn are guaranteed to get your motor running from sunrise to well past sunset. These two little treasures need to be adopted as a pair. Harley is the brindle boy and Dawn is, of course, a girl.

“They have been together all their lives,” staff say. “We are looking for a quiet home for them with a gentle stroll daily.” Both their behaviour records are littered with the word “sweet”, which is, well, sweet! Noice!

“Harley is the vocal one — he tells you all about his day,” staff say. “Dawn is the boss! They are very content with one another’s company and very affectionate towards people. They like to know what is going on around the place.”

Harley and Davidson, sorry, Dawn, aren’t suited to a home with poultry or pocket pets.

As Harley and Dawn is currently staying with a foster carer, they are not located on site and will not be present if you visit. This includes if you book a visit or meeting via our online booking system. Harley and Dawn will only be available to view or meet when prior arranged with our team over the phone.

Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
