Nineties rockers The Presidents of the United States of America may have sung about millions of peaches, but for us, there’s just one peach that matters.
Peaches was a stray so she might not have even heard of the band, let alone have a concept of time and previous decades. “Life’s a peach for this girl,” joke staff. “She is super enthusiastic and is happy to greet everyone but needs reminding to keep four paws on the ground. She’s still learning that sit equals great rewards, so an owner who has the patience to help guide her in her training would be ideal.” Very well said!
“She’s happy to meet dogs with a big butt wiggle, and a dog friend who enjoys her playful side could be fun for her.” She’ll need a buddy with a similar play style and energy. Since we’re not sure where Peaches is at with her training, a beginner obedience course could be a great way to find out.
Please ensure the below information, including the ‘please note’ section, is read in full if you are interested in viewing, meeting or adopting Peaches.

Does your lifestyle and personality match Peaches?
If you are interested in a dog, please make a booking to visit the Home where that dog is located. We can’t guarantee that a particular dog will still be available at the time of your visit, as adoptions occur throughout the day. Our team updates the website as quickly as possible.
Your booking is simply an allocated time to view all of the dogs, and it allows us to ensure staff are available should you wish to have a meet and greet with a particular dog.
Please remember that if you are interested in adopting on the day, all household members — including any existing dogs — must attend the appointment. It’s vital that the dog meets everyone and gets along with them, and that the whole household is ready to welcome a new family member.
Please note:
• Rental agreements allowing dogs will be required for adoption into rental properties.
• Before adopting a dog, all members of your household must attend a meet and greet with the dog (including small children and existing dogs).
• Whilst the website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that when you arrive a dog may already have been adopted by some-one else. Sorry, but we cannot put dogs on hold over the phone. You need to meet them first so that we can ensure a suitable match.
• While our Homes are open, not every dog available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. You will notice some dogs are listed as ‘foster care’. This means that they are offsite with one of our amazing foster carers. If you are interested in this dog, please contact the Home directly to discuss suitability and a possible meet.
