When a dog arrives at the Dogs’ Homes, we do whatever it takes for that dog’s health and wellbeing. Sometimes that involves lifesaving surgery or medication.
The Dogs’ Homes are not a final destination for our four-legged friends. They’re just here for a pause: to heal, to recover and to connect to someone or a family.
And they can stay at the Dogs’ Homes for as long as that takes. Thanks to your support we can continue being here today and in the future.
Thanks to your donation we can continue to give dogs a chance at a new life in a loving home.
Thank you, again, from your two-legged and four-legged friends at the Dogs’ Homes.

Dogs’ Homes of Tasmania have been here for dogs for over 70 years. We re-unite lost dogs with their families and find new homes for unwanted dogs. We are committed to zero euthanasia of healthy, temperamentally sound dogs.
Select which home you would like to visit, you will then be asked to book a time to visit.
